No Retainer=No appointment

Remaining balance payable with Debit, Credit, Google Wallet, Apple Pay and Cash

If rescheduling is required, please refer to scheduling confirmation email for instructions. 

There is a 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD; 10-15 minutes will be charged a $15 late fee. After the 15 minute mark your appointment will be canceled and charged 100% of the service will be charged.  No Exceptions

No Call/No Show the day of appointment will be charged FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE(S).

*WAX CLIENTS*

Stop using retinoids, AHAs, and BHAs a 72 hours before waxing to avoid irritation and potential conflicts with the waxing process.
